Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our tumbling program at ADA welcomes athletes ages 2 and up, giving them a fun, confidence-building path to grow their strength, coordination, and skill from the very first roll to advanced progressions. Each level is designed with safe technique, proper foundations, and age-appropriate challenges that help students feel strong, capable, and excited to learn. With supportive coaching and a positive, high-energy environment, athletes develop not only solid tumbling skills but also the confidence to keep pushing toward their next milestone.

Recreational Class Options

Tumbling Tots

(Ages 2-3 Years Old)

Tumble Tots introduces little movers to the basics of tumbling in a fun, supportive environment designed just for them. Kids build confidence as they learn beginner skills like rolls, balance, and safe movement while exploring soft mats and age‑appropriate equipment. The class focuses on coordination, body awareness, and playful activity, giving young athletes a positive first experience with tumble that feels exciting, encouraging, and full of energy.

Tiny Tumblers

(Ages 4-5)

Tiny Tumblers gives young athletes a fun introduction to basic tumbling skills in a safe, encouraging environment. Little ones explore movement through age‑appropriate stations, soft mats, and playful activities that build balance, coordination, and confidence. The class focuses on helping children feel strong, capable, and excited to learn while keeping everything upbeat, energetic, and perfectly suited for tiny movers.

Mini Tumblers

(Ages 6-7)

Mini Tumblers helps young athletes build confidence as they learn beginner tumbling skills in a fun, energetic setting. Kids practice rolls, balance, coordination, and safe movement using soft mats and age‑appropriate equipment, all while exploring their strength through playful activities. The class is designed to keep little movers engaged, supported, and excited as they develop the foundations of tumbling in a positive, encouraging environment.

Level 1

(Ages 8+)

Level 1 introduces athletes to the essential foundations of tumbling with a focus on strength, coordination, and safe technique. Students work on skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and beginner progressions that prepare them for more advanced movement. The class emphasizes proper form, confidence‑building, and consistent practice, giving athletes a strong starting point as they grow their tumbling abilities with excitement and success.

Level 2

(Ages 8+)

Level 2 helps athletes strengthen their foundational tumbling skills while introducing more challenging movements and progressions. Students work on skills such as stronger handstands, connected cartwheels, backbend kickovers, and improved body control to prepare for higher‑level tumbling. The class focuses on proper technique, consistency, and confidence, giving athletes the support they need as they grow their strength, coordination, and readiness for more advanced skills.

Level 3

(Ages 8+)

Level 3 challenges athletes with more advanced tumbling skills that require strength, control, and confident technique. Students work on movements such as back walkovers, front walkovers, stronger connected skills, and improved power progressions while continuing to refine body awareness and consistency. The class focuses on safe skill development, proper form, and building the strength needed for higher‑level tumbling, helping athletes grow their abilities with determination and excitement.
